Its 266MHz RISC processor is what runs this machine to its current power and its 32MB of on-board memory, this can too be upgraded to a maximum of 544MB if you really need it.

Also built into this is networking. You would expect this on a printer of this size and compatibility as it is effectively an office, or home office printer. This means that you can connect computers or laptops to the printer wirelessly so there is no need for those messy wires getting all over the place and connectivity is just simpler. The wireless networking built into the printer can reach transfer rates of 54Mbps.
As far as design goes, this isn't too bad. This printer should look horrible though, as all this printer is, is a simple white cube shape, and is big too, but when its there in front of you it really doesn't look so bad and you cant really imagine it any other way. There are also some black panels of the printer too, which add a kind of two tone colour design.

This printer is also a laser printer, the fact being that this printer is for offices and most offices just don't have inkjet printers anymore as lasers are just so much better quality.
There not only better quality prints, there ink really does stand out from the page and gives a nice shiny look on what ever you print, also they are usually a lot faster too and can handle more documents at a time the inkjets can which are all good reasons why these are used in offices as they really do give a professional look on whatever you print off.
You are meant to install this printer using the installation CD that comes with it, however like most printers you can just plug this in and it should work fine anyway.
Paper is easily put into the printer, the panel at the front easily folds down to reveal a paper tray that can hold up to 250 pages of a4. Beneath that is room for yet another 2 of these paper trays so that the capacity can then be increased to a pretty amazing 750 pages, so you wouldn't really have to worry about stocking that up all the time.
Printer pages are put out into the space at the top of the printer for easy access to grab what has just been printer.

When printing this can actually accomplish a very good 30 pages per minute. However when using its double sided printing option this is sometime decreased a little.
Its quality of print is nothing less than excellent and even when it is printing there is almost no sound at all to be heard from the printer.
This is a fantastic piece of equipment to have in the office, or the home office. It does what its meant to do and it does it amazingly well.
