Advantages: This machine will last years of punishemnt

Disadvantages: Very heavy dont drop it on the floor or someones foot

We use this printer at work and I have found it to be very reliable in the last year of use.
The printer is set-up as a network share so its possible for many people to print to this machine each day. This was easy to set-up but if this is for work then the people who support your IT will need to do this for you.
This printer isn't the usual home printer you might print from occasionally the printer is a heavy duty printer that has been designed to be pushed to its limits treated badly and keep going no matter what. The printer excels in this department we have never had a paper jam or any other issues with it and we must print over 5000 pages a week from this machine.

The printer is advertised to print thirty pages a minute which I have found to be correct but I would say that this printer is a bit loud for a small office and this printer is probably most suited to an open plan office where the printer can be tucked away from office workers so the noise doesn't become very annoying.

The printer offers many functions the ability to print Envelopes labels plain paper bond paper and recycled paper. I found the envelopes quite tricky but after a bit of practice you will become quite fast like myself. In conclusion the printer is heavy and has been well made even the handles and
lids seem designed to take the punishment of office workers. The printer is a bit loud but as long as you don't sit too near it wont bother you that much. The cost of ink works out on adverage about 3,5 pence per print out which is relatively inexpensive but the biggest selling point is that its build to last and if it runs as well as ours will keep printing for years to come I would recommend this product to anyone
