The MFC-9650 is compatible with Windows 95, Windows 98 or NT 4.0 and can be used as a DOS printer. A LAN Board is also available for the MFC-9650, which allows network printing and scanning.

The MFC-9650 has a copy resolution of up to 300 x 600dpi, can reduce sizes to 50%, enlarge up to 200%, in 1% increments and make up to 99 multiple copies in a single run with collation. Now you can send and receive faxes directly from a PC, saving time and money on paper and consumables. PC faxing occurs (automatically) as a background operation, leaving your computer free to perform other tasks. Speed and legibility can be improved via this method and incoming faxes can be viewed and saved to memory before printing, or forwarded on.
