I purchased this printer in January 2009 as a replacement. I did shop around and found that this printer was very reasonably priced and had a lot of good reviews. I purchased it directly from Dell and I must say the customer service was brilliant and it arrived within 48 hours. It was smaller than expected but that does not mean that this is a temendous printer. The print quality is very good and it has no problem in printing off hundreds of pages a day, the top of the printer does get warm but it does not interfere with anything so it does not bother me. I have only replaced the cartridge once so far, and this printer is used very single day, maybe 50 a day. The prices of the cartridges are very reasonable as well. Overall this is a brilliant printer for me and I would recommend it to anyone.
