Advantages: Cheap for a color laser

Disadvantages: Toner is expensive

Now in use as our main printer, is pretty reliable for the price. Has replaced our long serving mono laser which died after about 7 years of use. Nice color quality for the price however I wouldnt use it for commercial needs as it does seem to go through toner very quickly. The toner is quite expensive which would be prohibitative for home users but is fine for an office.

This network printer is fairly easy to setup - good luck trying to find 64 bit drivers however. Finally sorted on my workstation now however I cannot vouch for how it would work on vista.

IP settings are pretty confusing - at the moment it is defaulting to DCHP which is fine, but I would like to be able to manually set the IP address if neccessary.

Thus changing subnets etc requires that the TCP/IP port settings be changed on the client machines - annoying seeing as we just moved offices!
