I have very rarely seen any other ones. They always seem very reliable and have always produced good quality print outs. So the choice was made to go for a HP, I avoided the cheaper models because I do not like sheetfeeders, they get blocked up easier and the paper kets dusty and bent. I was looking for a printer for home. I print out a bits and pieces now and then at home - I probably would be classified as a medium user. I have worn out two inkjet printers and decided to upgrade a bit and go for speed and ease - but only black an white.
