The Optra S 2455 has a high monochrome output that prints at 1200 dpi resolution, and it's ready to print in 14 seconds. It will print labels, transparencies, envelopes, card stock and letterhead. This sturdy printer has a LCD information display for printer instructions and status and uses a high-speed bi-directional parallel port interface and includes three PCI-based internal solutions ports. These ports are ready for options such as a tri-port adapter, MarkNet S internal network adapter, coax/twinax adapter for SCS and a hard disk. The MarkVision printer management utility automatically integrates into network management applications for HP OpenView, Novell ManageWise and more. This utility supports a wide range of operating systems.
