And the printer receives print commands directly from the computer, which means that it prints quickly, at 6 pages per minute. Its speed is augmented even more every time users upgrade their PCs with additional memory, larger capacity hard disks, and faster processors.

The KX-P6500 comes equipped with a single paper tray of 100-sheet capacity. It handles several different media sizes and types, including 8.5x11 inch and 8.5x14 inch paper, transparencies, labels and envelopes. The 8 True Type Fonts, supported within Windows, round out a combination of features which produce clear, precise images and text. The printer uses a bi-directional parallel interface port, and has DOS and Windows emulation with auto emulation switching. The KX-P6500 supports a three-person network, but is upgradeable to 25 users by using Windows for Workgroups.
