Disadvantages: unreliable recognition of full paper tray

We are happy with the value compared to others in its class. But it has apparently chronic (based on our 2 machines) problem recognizing that it has paper in its tray, directing you to instead load paper into its bypass tray. Their tech supoprt blames our documents, but the problem is totally random, document and program independent. It has very good color quality and excellent speed for the price being pretty much the only business class machine in this price range

Summary: very frustrating habit of making you fill its bypass tray even if its paper drawer is full
