The workhorse of the office . A great printer for a small price . fits in a small footprint of 15 inches square sits happily on top of my filing cabinet . Alot of the features of a larger and more expensive printer . Copes with day to day b+w print jobs but can also step up to the plate to tackle colorful charts and graphs . I have even used it to produce digital photos on various papers with great effect . Simple to use . Set up on Vista was easy it came with both XP and Vista driver software just drop the disk in and let it set up in about 5 minutes . Toner lasts alot longer than inKjet cartridges and gives better quality printouts . faster than inkjets as well . Toner replacement is simple with a drop down front panel just pull out empty cartridge and push in new one . Printer automatically sets up new cartridge and prints a test sheet , ready for use 30 seconds later .Easy to load paper tray that gives a reassuring clunk when inserted and properly engaged .This printer is my office angel .
This is a great little network colour laser printer, which would suit home or small business use. Setup is really, really easy. Just pop in the disk, it'll find the printer on your network, and away you go. I had to do a little tinkering to get it working on the network with a Mac, but that was also relatively painless. The print quality is excellent - colours and blacks look as they should on normal copier paper - with great contrast. It also prints well on laser photograph paper, so should you be wanting to use it for printing your shots, it does a good job of that, with excellent levels of detail. It prints pretty quickly, and is reliable. The only occasion where it jams is if there is only one or two sheets of paper left in the tray, which is struggles to cope with. However, if you keep it topped up, it keeps going, performing quickly, reliably and in good quality too.

Bought two of these beautys in PC world last week. already one has printed approx 2500 pages. Just replaced the black ink cartridge. Only downside is that when the black ink was running out the printer got a little noisy. Otherwise excellent value for money.
