Advantages: High quality print, easy to use and set up, no messing about with it.

Disadvantages: Replacement toner cartridges can be expensive, paper feed could be larger

I have used various inkjet printers in the past and after I experienced problems with them whereby I had to clean the print head after every printing session due to lines appearing on all my prints, I thought I would better off investing in a laser printer instead rather than having to buy ink cartridges again and again which was costing me a lot money because cleaning the print head also uses up a large amount of ink.

I can say that I made the correct choice to invest in this laser colour printer. I saw it on eBay for £69.99 and considering how much laser printers used to be in the past I found this to be very cheap especially when comparing the price to other existing colour laser printers. It was easy to set up and very easy to install the drivers. You simply turn on the printer and let it warm up which takes a couple of minutes and print. The quality is very high and there is no need to clean the print head because it uses toner instead of ink, therefore the toner lasts a lot longer than an inkjet. I have printed about 200 pages (not all in colour) and I still have about three quarters of toner left in the cartridges. The paper feed takes about 100 sheets and I feel that it could do with a bit more.

You can also select the quality you would like so if you want to save on toner you can do an economy print and there a lot of settings to play around with depending on what you want. I have been very happy with my investment and am glad to move away from using inkjet printers.

Summary: I prefer using this than any other inkjet printer.
