The paper seems to jam in it at least once a week, which is really irritating, and sometimes the red error light flashes for no determinable reason, and it tends to go away when you switch it off and back on again. I would not say that this printer is one that I would recommend in all honesty. I use it every day, and the toners do tend to last quite a while, which is one positive. When printing it is also relatively quiet, so that is another bonus.
