	Samsung CLP-500 ... thought I d review the Samsung CLP-500 whilst looking for its replacement. Heed my advice and don t touch it with a barge-pole! Having selected this model for its economy of printing and for having a duplex (double sided printing) feature, I have been sadly let down on both counts. After only a few months, the duplex feature stopped working, then the paper began to jam more and more frequently. So much so eventually, that for every sheet of paper printed, I was throwing four or five mangled pieces away. Finally I could only use it by feeding sheets of paper into the supplementary tray, one at a time by hand. Now exactly 2 years after purchasing it, it has stopped printi... 	Samsung ML 1610 ... provided to manage the printer. You can print in different tone based on the dpi (dots per inch). If you want the highest density then just choose the Dark Mode. ==Ink== It is common these days that a printer catridge costs nearly the same if not more than a brnd new laser printer. I bought this model which cost me 69.99 two years ago and now its catridge is around 35 pounds. Since then Samsung had improve the series with better models such as ML-2240 which you can now get for just 44.98. Thus, having this in mind, you might be better off to just go for a newer model if the old one is starting too worn out. On the other hand, you can opt to buy the refills and... 	Samsung ML 4500 ... have had our Samsung ML4500 printer now for around 6 years, and it is such a reliable workhorse that I had to write a review about it. My husband bought this printer when he was at university and needed a fast and professional printer to print out his coursework in the convenience of his home. The printer was therefore used quite intensively for its first year or so, and 6 years later it is still going strong. In the time we have had the printer we have had 2 different computers and are looking to buy a third one (new replacement) now, but touch wood the printer will still be going strong for years to come.
