The initial purchase price was reasonable (£450 ish) and the feature list impressed us. The Product - The printer itself has a fairly small footprint it is about 19 inches wide, 16 inches deep and 18 inches high. The unit is predominatly a greyish cream colour with a dark blue top section. It looks quite good on a desk. The Features - Well it is a colour laser printer, print quality is excellent. Just pop in the disk, it ll find the printer on your network, and away you go. I had to do a little tinkering to get it working on the network with a Mac, but that was also relatively painless. The print quality is excellent - colours and blacks look as they should on normal copier paper - with great contrast. It also prints well on laser photograph paper, so should you be wanting to use it for printing your shots, it does a good job of that, with excellent levels of detail.
