Advantages: Cheap, light, collects grass

Disadvantages: Plastic cutting blades

Having had the Flymo Micro Lite and written a review, I have gone onto buying this slightly upgraded version....

Again this is another light weight lawn mower (6.5kg) so its very easy to handle and push about. The handle folds down so it is handy if you haven't got a big shed to store it in. The mower comes with a decent pack of plastic cutting blades.

It has a 28cm cutting width and only 2 cutting heights. So it doesn't cut a huge area and there aren't too many options for how much you can at one go. Its is 900W in power which is fine for small/medium gardens.

The grass collection box is great and very easy to remove, empty and re-fit. Can hold 15 litres of grass.

Its got a 10m cable which I think is fairly generous unless your powerpoint is much further away than mine!

2 cutting lengths to choose from , 1cm and 3.3cm.

I'm not a huge fan of the plastic blade cutting system as metal baldes cut much much better. But if you want a cheap, lightweight mower that collects grass then this one would suit perfectly.

Retail at around £50.

Summary: Great for small/medium lawns
