I totally agree with the other reviews written about this cheap and badly designed piece of garden equipment. Although, the plastic blades are rubbish I personally dont think this is the worst part of the design of this model. That award goes to the single handle which I assume is supposed to represent a vaccum cleaner. When was the last time you wanted to use a vaccum cleaner to mow your grass? This handle has been the cause of numerous blisters to everyone who has used this machine and I honestly believe that Flymo should start to supply every mow n vac with a free pair of heavy duty gardening gloves. I also had an old flymo, which I gave away when I bought this new 'all improved' model- how wrong was I. I hope no one else falls for flymos new improved design, designed for perfect, non bumpy lawns. Unfortunately I have to give this a star rating but please believe me, 1 star is 1 star too many
