I used this one of these to cut a small 2m square lawn... well having been used to petrol cylinder mowers and an electric bosch rotak 40, this is useless and a waste of money. Yes it's easy to hang up, but.... very difficult to move over the grass with hand hand, as it's not that light and shot grass trimmings all over the place. Don't waste you money!!! Buy a mower that you can use 2 hands with and collects the grass like the bosch rotak 320

Oh dear ! I saw an elderly neighbour had a new one for sale at half the shop price ( he had only used it once) and I thought I would buy it as present for my stepson on moving into his new house. I have just tried to cut my own lawn with it and after doing a once over cut imagine my surprise to find the collection box empty.Have I been conned by an old man or have I just bought a pile of plastic junk, in deference to my neighbour, its just a pile of plastic junk !

I purchased my Flymo Mow n Vac when I bought my first house about six years ago. Having never really experienced the joys of mowing a lawn (thats what parents are for!) I made the purchase owing to two factors: 1) Its a Flymo so its must be good 2) It was cheap (around £50) The mower is relatively light and ... Read the complete review

When we put a lawn down in our back garden I suddenly realized that I would need to mow it and so quickly rushed out and rather hastily purchased the Flymo Mow n Vac. Well that was a few years ago now and for some unknown reason I still have the same lawn mower, at least that is what I think it is. The reason I am confused is ... Read the complete review

I am not alone then! I used to love mowing the lawn with my old metal bladed mower - but I hate the job now with this useless piece of equipment! I am on the net now looking for another - not a flymo!!

I totally agree with the other reviews written about this cheap and badly designed piece of garden equipment. Although, the plastic blades are rubbish I personally dont think this is the worst part of the design of this model. That award goes to the single handle which I assume is supposed to represent a vaccum cleaner. When was the last ... Read the complete review

Wholst shopping at B&Q i saw this lawn mower for £45, i thought it was a great design with the one handed operating handle, i pushed the display one around a bit in the shop and it move very easily, great i thought no more fighting with my big heavy lawn mower. The first time i tried this in the garden i was not impressed ... Read the complete review

-bought this for a small lawn as a successor to my old hover mower that was still working after 21 years? use. How wrong I was and how disappointed I am with this flimsy thing. It?s cheap, but nasty and doesn?t really cut grass in everyday situations. Yes, if the grass is reasonably short to short with and is dry, the plastic blades ... Read the complete review
