Disadvantages: Couldn't cut two medium sized lawns/grass

As we live on a steep hill we needed a replacement mower which would cope with our unusual garden.
So we did our homework, read the reviews and decided to choose a Flymo mower very similar to our last one - which had cut the same lawns for 20 years with no problems.
Unfortunately, on using the mower for the second time, to finish the original job, it hit a stone and broke the blade! This now means the mower is unusable unless we buy a new blade! Our old Flymo mower had over the years hit plenty of stones with no problems at all. With our garden removing all stones is virtually impossible as more appear over time.
Would this mower suit an ordinary garden lawn/grass? I cannot really say, but should you have children or animals leaving things like small stones on the lawn/grass then sad to say perhaps not.
