This mower is quiet as claimed.

The one major problem I have found is that it can only cope with the lawn when it is still quite short. Once the grass gets longer it has a total lack of power and can't cope. I have found on numerous occassions that the blades simply will not turn when the going gets heavier and found myself having to cut the lawn twice at different height settings.

If you are say retired and have the time to cut the lawn at regular intervals then this mower is for you as it stripes the lawn nicely and is light in weight. However, if you don't have the time to choose when you cut your lawn and it gets slightly longer than you would like then this mower will have you tearing your hair out as it simply hasn't got what it takes. My adivce would be go for something with a more powerful motor and put up with the extra noise.

Summary:
