AVON FOOTWORKS HEEL SOFTENING CREAM
I always had really dry, manky feet as a child, all my own fault of course, for going outside bare foot, running around, climbing trees etc without any shoes on. Plus, I used to swim a lot which dried them out even more and also gave me verucas - I was so disgusted I actually quit swimming and have never been back since!
Well, anyway I've always had the most horrible feet you could imagine.
This all changed when I became an Avon representative.
I'd never paid that much attention to the footworks section in the brochures before, but now as I was always filling other people's orders into the computer it's hard not to nose at what they have bought.
I noticed a good seller was always these footworks products from the range 'FOOTWORKS'.
Curiosity raging inside me, I checked out the (very low) prices and decided to treat myself. The products are always designed nice and advertised really well and to me look quite appealing. I find it very hard to resist!
PRICE
They are always doing offers on the FOOTWORKS range. For instance, at the moment this particular heel cream is part of a 'any 4 for £5' deal which means you could save up to £9.
This cream is normally £3.50 from Avon and as there is 75ml in the tube this means it costs £4.67 per 100ml. To me this is a bargain already considering the prices of some foot creams I have seen out there which probably aren't as good as this one. My advice would be to take advantage of some of the deals Avon do on this range and you won't regret it.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Avon claims in the brochure about this cream that it will:
"target really rough skin and soothe your pores"
"relieves dry, cracked skin on feet, providing 24 hour moisturisation"
DOES IT LIVE UP TO THESE CLAIMS?
In a word, yes. All you need to do is rub this all over your foot - it comes out as like a white cream with a nice texture which I don't think tickles my feet. It doesn't irritate my skin or anything like that, but it does get rid of dry skin and make my feet feel really soft and moisturised and after a couple of uses gets rid of any dry skin I might have on my feet.
This is meant for heels only but I do use this on my whole foot. What I personally do is put it on my foot and then put a sock on before bed. Then in the morning my feet feel gorgeous.
Some of this range together might also make a nice present for someone else. Or you could treat yourself to a nice pamper one evening.
The prices are so good you won't need to feel guilty.
I really recommend this heel cream, something from Avon that I really love and find works really well.
