      .

I think this range only pops up now and again in the main Avon book. There is the main Footworks range, and then there is different scented ones as well. This isn't my favourite scent but a good zesty scented product and nice for a change.

Since my feet are either tucked into my Socks and Trainers or Ugg boots every day then I do try to treat my feet a bit and slap some Cream on and spray now and again. Although my feet aren't too bad, there is a few dry, rough patches on them - no doubt as a result of them not getting aired all too much.

This comes in a 100ml bottle. This is a pump action bottle so it works out quite economical as a few squirts does ok and doesn't take that much of this. The bottle looks a bit plain with the white plastic bottle and the Footworks branding on the front.

This did sell for around the £4 mark but I don't tend to pay full price for the Footworks products. They are good products, but they just seem a little expensive. This being Avon though the items are on offer every now and again and the last time I bought this up was in the sale book and I got this for £1.50.

When you squirt this onto your feet I feel that this Cools straight away. You get the quite strong scent of the Lime but there is a slight dash of Sweetness from the Sugar. It does smell like a Mojito - but without the scent of the Alcohol.

This scent is available in a Cream as well and I would recommend this scent if you like stronger Citrus type of scents. It is a nice change and a scent that I use now and again.

A nice Cooling spray to revive tired Feet.

An affordable spritz that can be applied anytime to bring fair relief in any type of weather.

The Product ~ 'Finding Your Feet'

The Foot Works Sugar Lime Mojito Refreshing Spray is part of a wide range that Avon manufactures in their Foot Works products. This particular 100ml product comes in a very exhilarating looking plastic bottle. With a pull off transparent lid that exposes a pressurized nozzle, the atomizer affords a simple quick and easy application to the feet. The foot spray has a twelve month shelf life, though I find last me far less due to regular use. The fresh looking container is white with complimentary green labeling. This is a smart design move on Avon's part as green is only second to blue as folk's favourite colour! Green makes a very suitable backdrop in designs because we tend to see this colour as both refreshing and tranquil; and as a foot spray, having a fresh ideal is popular for obvious reasons :~) As a noteworthy extra, the colour green effects us emotionally, as it is known to assist in alleviating and giving certain respite in such debilitating feelings of anxiety, depression and nervousness; meditate on how we feel when walking through a peaceful park full of green variations of flora!

      The Ingredients ~ 'Cold Feet'

In Avon's own words this rejuvenating spray is 'made with zesty lime and sweet sugar, for a mojito-infused pedicure feet are sure to love! Invigorating blend of lime and sugarcane extract instantly cools and rejuvenates tired feet'! Lime is an excellent component to add as it acts as a very practical deodorizer in the foot spray. Additionally, just as the colour green uplifts a weary soul, so does the aromatic zestinest of the lime fruit. The cheering fragrance is renowned for also furnishing some relief from conditions such as listlessness, as well as mentioned within the 'green' commentary, depression, anxiety and nervousness. Anything that can naturally assist in helping the troubled hearts of folk has to be a plus! As for mojito, pronounced as mo-hee-toe, a rather confusing history exists, from Africa to Cuba and beyond! But, we know it as a rather tasty cocktail :~) The infusions of the notes of this sweet scented delight adds to the fragrant spray in a very agreeable way.

My Personal Usage Experience ~ 'Crows Feet'! :~)

      1) There are times when I use the product without having washed my feet first. For instance, as a quick refresher after a long walk the spray offers a reinvigorating and cooling relief on tired feet. I simply remove my trainers, pop my feet up on a stool, and spray the fine mist around five inches from my feet; once on the front areas and once on the soul. I never need more than this, as the short spritz encompasses a large area. The spray seems to evaporate quickly, leaving my feet feeling freshened and pleasantly cooled. But after around ten minutes or so, although the fragrant aroma is still apparent, the relief is short-lived.

      2) I find for better results, applying the foot spray soon after showering or bathing furnishes me with longer lasting results; probably due to the spray sinking into the open pores. Added to this, applying in this way helps to prevent bacteria that causes foot odor from forming on my skin. I like to apply the vaporizer after having a shower before my daily routine begins. I do a fair amount of walking each day, attempting to keep the old joints supple, so the aromatic and cooling aerosol really does accomplish an effective task in helping my feet stay more comfortably fresher during these exercise times. Because the fine dusting of fluid from the atomizer dissolves quickly into the washed and patted dried feet, I can pop on my footwear almost immediately. I feel this adds to the fuller effectiveness not experienced when applying on unwashed feet.

      3) I find that this little gem of a spray takes little effort to take care of my feet. But, I will add that wearing footwear that fits comfortably, giving room to breathe so as not to cramp my feet, is the best way to avoid foot complaints and get the most out of my spray. I have used the spray whilst wearing less than comfy heels on special occasions, and have found that the spray is unable to perform an effective task of suppressing sudoring feet! Also, making sure I alternate my footwear, having two pairs of trainers is a beneficial method in discouraging bacterial growth. The trainers I have can go in the washing machine on a delicate setting so I find switching between the two gives me time to clean the used footwear. The spray can really only be as effective as the effort I put into keeping my feet hygienic!

Would I Recommend? ~ 'Think On Your Feet'!

Most definitely; this little spray is appropriate not for just fine weather! But, as mentioned in my review, for the most effective and lasting results, the product needs to be used on recently washed feet! The fragrance last far longer than the cooling and rejuvenating effects but this product remains a firm favourite in my cosmetic tool box! :~) I purchased my Foot Works Sugar Lime Mojito Refreshing Spray from my local Avon rep but it is also available through Avon's online web site, http://www.avon.uk on offer for £2.00

Thank you for taking the time to read my review xXx
