“ Brand: L'Occitane / Exfoliator / Type: Body Lotion / Subcategory: Exfoliator / Butter / Suitable for: Foot / What it does: Exfoliates, Enricheses „
For some reason I've had the tube version of this before, but have since bought the tub version so I'm not sure what happened there as I did prefer the tube version. That said, I guess it's the product inside that matters. We all seem to neglect our poor feet, especially in the winter time, but this exfoliating foot cream makes it easier to keep on top of any dry/hard skin issues. That said, if you have major dry/hard skin issues I would pop along to your chiropodist first, because whilst this product is effective for keeping dry, hard skin to a minimum, it's not a miracle worker !! Therefore I would recommend this product for those with minimal or moderate dry/hard skin and anyone with more severe issues should savetheir money until they've tackled that problem with other products first.
*Who is this for ? *
This is gentle enough for even my 12 year old daughter who suffers from exzcema. She likes to use this in the summer months when she's wearing lots of sandals etc, to keep her feet looking their best. She then slathers the Shea butter foot cream on top !!
Therefore, like I said, I would say this is for those with little or average dry/hard skin conditions for the most effective results.
*How to use *
I would use this after a bath or shower when the skin is at its softest. Simply massage the exfoliating cream into your feet in circular motions, paying special attention to dry areas and rough patches. Then simply rinse off.
I would follow with a foot moisturising product. I love L'Occitane's Shea butter foot cream but there's a few gorgeous Elemis body products such as the Exotic Island Flower Body Balm or the Monoi melt which also work a treat afterwards !!

This product is well worth the money especially in the summer. I found it easy to use and only need a finger full to rub entirely over one foot. When I washed the product off, my feet felt brilliant. It gave them a really smooth feel, removing the dry skin. They also felt really refreshed. It gave them a cool feel and they were soft and very clean. The product has lavender aroma and is full of seeds which help to massage the foot, and remove the dead skin cells. This foot care product is a must for anyone who wishes to take good care of their feet and leaves them looking their best for either summer sandels or in the winter for that posh evening out. You can use this product all year round as it gives a refreshing feel to tired hot feet that have been in shoes and boots all day. Well worth buying.
