... first using the file head. Using this for approximately 20 seconds on each foot and WOW - my feet were all pink with noo hard skin in sight.
I found that you do need to put a little pressure on when using the file head, filing in once direction only such as up and down.
Remember to keep you fingers out of the way, as it does hurt if you catch them. Also, dont over file, once you see pink skin, stop.

This is the best foot file on the market I heard about this product via a friend, and thought "I have foot files similar, whats so different?, and they're not that spectacular!" HOW WRONG WAS I Giving in and wanting to find out what all the hype was about, I purchased one for £14.99, mail order via the internet. It arrived within a few days and i set about reading the instructions. It comes in a clear and sturdy plastic case for storage, with two heads which can be changed (one for filing, one for buffing) along with a safety cap.
