At the bottom you have a double-sided black file that you use to scrub the dead skin cells. At first I had tried it on wet feet but I have not noticed any amazing change so I was about to give up. When I was looking for something to remove the rough skin from my feet I came across Oriflame Foot File. I thought that I should just give it a go because I had nothing to lose and it was not expensive (£3.25). I have had it for a couple of years now (still the same one!) and I must say I am pleased with it. It has a turquoise plastic handle with a washed-out picture of a foot characteristic for all Oriflame foot products.
