“ Brand: Oriflame / Texture: Cream / Type: Foot Cream / Subcategory: Moisturiser / Suitable for: Foot / What it does: Moisturizes, „
A moisturising foot cream is a must-have for me. I usually put it only once per day, just before I go to bed. Then I put some socks on and in the moring, I expect my feet to be softer and smoother. Therefore when I came across Oriflame Overnight Moisturising Foot Cream in one of the catalogues, I thought it was something for me and immediately ordered it.
The container in which I received my cream is different to the current one as Oriflame very recently changed the design (definitely for the better). Mine came in a dark green plastic tub with a transparent lid at the bottom which was very convenient as I did not need to put it upside down when I am running out of it. It had a washed-out picture of a foot (you can see it on the picture above) in the same way all other Oriflame Foot Care products did.
The cream itself is quite thick which I found very annoying as I was running out of it - I just had to press to tub a couple of times to get the amount I needed but otherwise it was OK. It was easy to apply - you just need to spread it on your skin. At the same time, it has a nice, creamy texture and white(ish) colour.
This foot cream has a refreshing mild mint scent which disappears fairly quickly. Particularly when I put my socks on, in a couple of minutes I forgot about the scent.
As this is an overnight cream, I followed my usual practice of putting socks on and going to bed. I must say I was pleased with it; after a couple of days my feet became noticeably softer and smoother. My heels get really dry and rough so my main aim was to nourish this part of my feet and this cream worked perfectly well.
I think that normally this cream cost £6.75 for 150 ml but it appears on offer quite frequently and one tub lasts for several months even if you use it everyday so it is definitely value for money.
Thank you for reading my review.
