... effective and long lasting it is, it doesn't seem quite so extortionate! I suppose this was a bit of a novelty product at first and something which I hadn't ever used before. When I bought a can, it was the middle of Summer and my son and nephew appreciated a tiny spray of this on their tootsies whilst down at the park or at the seaside. It is gentle enough for children to appreciate as well but I have mainly used it for my own feet. The can is very easy to operate. Once the lid has been removed, there is a push down cap whi...more

Scholl Fresh Step Crackling Ice Foot Gel: Cool feet (454 words)

I suffer terribly from hot aching feet so am always on the look out for something that will help soothe and cool them. I actually got this Scholl crackling foot gel from my mum as I had been complaining about how hot my feet got and she had some in the cupboard that she gave me to try. The gel comes as a spray formulation that comes out as a gel but when you start to rub it in to the skin it becomes a mousse. The sensation of the mousse/gel is quite a strange one as it actually does crackle when you use it. You can actually hear the fizzing sound of the gel when you are rubbing it in as well as actually being able to feel the fizzing on your skin. ...  Read the complete review

Scholl offer a range of products designed to keep your feet in great condition. ~Ice Foot Spray~ Presented in an aerosol can, this foot spray is designed to cool and deodorise hot and tired feet. The spray has an unique formulation which turns the contents into a crackling mousse as it makes contact with your feet. It is recommended that you shake the can, spray onto the feet and massage in until absorbed. This foot spray can be purchased from Lloyds the Chemist for £5.15. This is for a 150ml can. It can also be found online for a similar price. ~My Thoughts~ I bought my can of foot spray in Boots last ...  Read the complete review

Scholl Fresh Step Crackling Ice Foot Gel: Treat your feet (374 words)

As I was going on holiday I took myself on a trip to wilkos to purchase a stock of travel size toiletries. I purchased a bottle of Scholl fresh step crackling ice foot gel in the hope it would keep my feet cool. It cost 96p for a 35ml can. It advertises on the can as instantly cooling, revives tired feet and deodorises. I took it away on holiday and returned home with it unopened as we didn't have any hot weather so never felt any need to cool my feet. However a couple of weeks later I was lying in bed unable to sleep with hot feet when memories of my bright pink can popped into my head. Directions: it advises to shake before use and then ...  Read the complete review

COOL FEET (298 words)

I bought this a few months ago as I liked the sound of this product and I am always looking out for different products for me feet. I like to try and treat my Feet as they are usually tucked up in Boots or Trainers so why not give them a bit of a freshen up. I liked the sound of Crackling Ice. I had an image that this would be fresh and cooling and although I don't really suffer from really hot and sweaty feet they can usually be a bit clammy. When you squirt this out it comes out as a Gel and stays as a Gel until to start to rub this in and it changes to a Mousse. I am used to just using a Cream on my feet or perhaps a spray so this was different. ...  Read the complete review

Scholl Fresh Step Crackling Ice Foot Gel: Cracking foot gel (195 words)

I recently got a free tester while at the clothes show in December, and have used it since. The only problem is i can't seem to find it anywhere to buy. It is advertised as a cooling gel for hot and tired feet, and that is exactly what it does. It makes a sound on your feet and also tickles slightly. Cools down feet instantly after a hard day on your feet. It does exactly what it is advertised as doing. It also says it deodorises feet, but cant comment on that as mine dont smell :) It smells quite nice too, kind of floraly but with a hint of fruit somewhere. When it first comes out the can, it bubbles up into a foam like substance and ...  Read the complete review
