Scholl offer a range of products designed to keep your feet in great condition.

~Ice Foot Spray~

Presented in an aerosol can, this foot spray is designed to cool and deodorise hot and tired feet. The spray has an unique formulation which turns the contents into a crackling mousse as it makes contact with your feet.

It is recommended that you shake the can, spray onto the feet and massage in until absorbed.
This foot spray can be purchased from Lloyds the Chemist for £5.15. This is for a 150ml can. It can also be found online for a similar price.

~My Thoughts~

I bought my can of foot spray in Boots last year for 70p. It was part of a clearance offer as they were either discontinuing it (in my local store) or changing the packaging. The can is now white and purple as opposed to all white. I feel £5.15 is quite expensive for this type of product but given how effective and long lasting it is, it doesn't seem quite so extortionate!

I suppose this was a bit of a novelty product at first and something which I hadn't ever used before. When I bought a can, it was the middle of Summer and my son and nephew appreciated a tiny spray of this on their tootsies whilst down at the park or at the seaside. It is gentle enough for children to appreciate as well but I have mainly used it for my own feet.

The can is very easy to operate. Once the lid has been removed, there is a push down cap which requires a small amount of force to release the spray onto the feet. When the mousse makes contact with my feet, it feels lovely and light and within a second or so, it turns to a layer of fizziness! It is a rather 'cool' product to use on the feet and is very tingly and refreshing as soon as it is applied.

The fizziness lasts quite well and as I massage it across my feet, it crackles and feels incredibly refreshing and cool. The fizziness spreads well across my feet and is very gentle - almost like very nourishing water. It has a light, pleasant scent which lingers and leaves my feet smelling very fresh which is always a bonus when the warmer weather strikes!

Once the fizziness has fully absorbed (less than 30seconds) my feet feel soft and smooth. I am able to put my socks and shoes on quickly and I don't feel like I am slipping about due to damp feet. The results of this spray are instant and only a tiny amount is actually required. The spray definitely refreshes my feet and makes them feel less sore and uncomfortable if I have been walking a lot. It is long lasting too as I only need to apply it the once and can notice the results several hours later.

~Conclusion~

I personally find it best to keep this one at home and apply after a long walk. Because it needs to be fully massaged into my feet, it isn't as convenient as a refresher spray in my opinion but is perfect for treating the feet after a long day.

This foot spray performs well. It is easy to use, refreshes and softens my feet and deodorises them at the same time. My can was used well through the Summer and has been resurrected from the cupboard for the latest bout of warm weather. It has no recommended shelf life but my can has a best before date of September 2013.

Recommended!

Summary: a good food spray and a bit of a novelty
