The are advertised as a invisble gel cushion to provide immediate relief of sore spots and I am in love with this product. I have quiet big feet and fashionable heels always seem to pinch or rub in the wrong places leaving me with sore red skin along my feet, blister and in the worst case cuts. This is a really frustrating problem and can cause happen if I am wearing heels for work or for a night out.

The idea of this product is to provide a shield between the foot and the shoe to prevent the sore shot from occuring and it really works. The gel pads are around the size of a fifty pence piece and have two sides - one sticky side to attach to your foot and a soft cushion on the outside - you can place these anywhere on your feet which is prone to getting sore from shoes. The pads are easy to stick to your skin and once stuck they stay put for hours! (Its important to note that taking the pads off is pain free - not like trying to take a plaster off). The pads are slim line and form a small but protective shield on the skin -I have worn them allday with a new pair of high heels and one a night out and they work great! Also as the pads are see through you can wear them with a pair of slinky sandals without needing to worry about spoiling your style!

These gel cushions are effective at preventing blisters and sore spots from rubbing/tight areas on shoes but they are not miracle workers - if you are wearing 5 inch heals your arches will still ache!

There are eight per packet, they are easy to fit into your handbag for emergencies and if you are someone who suffers from blisters they are well worth the money (around £3 per packet)
