Scholl Party Feet Invisible Gel Sore Spots

Advantages: Prevent rubbing!

Disadvantages: Nothing too major!

I had bought some new high heels for my night out on Saturday. Whilst I loved the shoes, they were a little bit tight above my toes and so I decided to buy some of 'Scholls' Party Feet gels. I actually bought three different products from the range as they were on a 3 for 2 offer in Boots which I thought was great especially as I think that they are quite expensive; almost £5 per pack. Today I will be reviewing the Scholls Party Feet 'Sore Spots' Gels.

These gels are a small round shape. They are like 'jelly' and are see through. They are easy to use; simply peel off the protective film on the sticky side of the gel. Stick the gel inside the shoe to the area which causes the problem. Press down and TA-DA - you're ready to go!

It says on the packet that these gels are ideal for all shoes. I myself have only used them with high heels and so cannot recommend how well they work with other shoes. I should imagine that they are a great comfort when wearing brand new shoes though.

One good think about these gels is that they are invisible; meaning that no one will know that you are wearing them. Also, as they are 'see through' it means that they won't stand out or 'clash' with your shoe colour if they are in sight - however most of the time they are not in sight.

These gels are so easy and convenient. They are quick too as they only take a few seconds to apply. There are 6 gels in each pack which is great - especially if like me - I had more than one sore spot in each shoe and so put 2 of these gels in each shoe.

I am pleased with these gels. They feel really soft and 'cushiony'. To begin with, you can tell they are there. But then after a while, you get used to them. They are comfortable though and don't cause any problems. It does say on the packer that if you have an 'adverse reaction' then to stop using them.

Whilst they did make my shoe a little tighter, they provided relief for me; my shoes didn't rub where I put the sore spots all night. They did rub where I didn't put them though L

These gels are also great to put in shoes which are slightly too big. I will definitely try this with my shoes which are too big for me next time.

Because you apply these to your actual shoe (and not your foot' - you can just leave them in your shoe - so that they are already there next time you go out.

I would recommend putting them in your shoes before they start to rub. For example if you have a pair of heels which you know rub, put these gels in first before they rub otherwise they will not be as effective.

All in all, I would recommend this!
