What is Duplo

Well quite simply Duplo is basicaly a big lego block. They are good sized bright coloured blocks. Good as you dont have to worry about choaking hazard.

Packaging

They come in a big sturdy plastic box, mine is red but they are in green and blue boxes also. The box has a lid with a good fastner and is simply wrapped in plastic in the shops.

Educational?

Yes i think so, they will help with your childs motor skills, (putting an object on another) They will also be using there imagination and help them learn their colours. They can also be used in discovery play and role play. As with any toys of this kind they can be used to help learn the child to count.

This is a toy that can be played with alone or as part of a group. Children can play alone or with parents/guardians. They entertain our tikes for hours on end.

They are also a wonderful toy to play with outside in the summer as they are easily washable

There are sets for older more advanced children, these, when made up are an object. A boat or an animal for example.

I bought my Duplo from Toys_r_us for £10.99, But now its available from Argos and many other toy stores for £9.99.
