My youngest son turned two a couple of weeks ago and, at the last minute as usual, my Dad asked what to get him as a birthday present. Our youngest enjoys messing about with his older brother's Lego, but can't manage to fit the blocks together, so I suggested some Duplo. My Dad turned up with this jumbo box the following day and it has been well used and is already one of our favourite toys! Duplo is manufactured by Lego but the pieces are much larger than standard Lego so can be used by children from around 12-18 months upwards. I was trawling the toy section to find a product I knew about and I found masses of Lego and Duplo that no one has written about. I spied a deluxe box of Duplo and thought I would write about it. I have played with many Lego and Duplo bricks with children in my career and always think the Duplo good. Duplo bricks last well my grandchildren are playing with my daughters bricks that she played with 29 year olds ago. This deluxe box of Duplo is a fairly new product I think it would make a great present for any child between the age of 1 year and 4 years.
