My sons have had hours of fun playing with this- as it's Duplo it is more adaptable than some other toys- the boys enjoy taking it to pieces and remaking it, and you can build it in different ways, encouraging their imagination (there are lots of ideas for how to build it on the box). Being Lego, the set is well made and unlikey to break, so I can see it being a favourite toy for years to come....more

We recently bought the Lego Duplo fire station for my sons third birthday. As the boys are currently obsessed with all things fire engine related we thought it was a safe bet for a sucessful present, and so far so good! The set is currently available on Amazon for £35.99. The lego Duplo range is similar to classic lego but with larger bricks, making it easier for smaller children to use, and as such it is aimed at the 2-5 age range. This set is very easy to construct so my boys can have a good go at doing it themselves.
