Lego 6178 Duplo: My Duplo Town

The Lego Duplo Town, Lego number 6178, is much better value for money from the Duplo range than some of the brick boxes. It's similar in contents to the basic brick boxes but for much, much less money. Amazon have it for £17.61 and you can buy it from Toys R Us too. In the kit are a couple of window bricks which have been a real hit with our grandson. He loves the little Lego windows but finds the Duplo sized ones considerably easier to build with than the little Lego ones. There are 79 pieces in this my Town building set from Lego Duplo RRP £17.59 http://www.dominoestoys.co.uk/dynamic/viewitem.php?item=6178%20LE001 are selling it for £17.51p This would make a great starter set for a child aged 2 and older ,a normal 5-6 year old will be beginning to grow out of Duplo Lego but these bricks will join to the smaller Lego as they are twice the size.
