I like that this is a whole set all on it's own which makes it very good value for someone who can't afford to go and buy great large Lego sets for their kids. A lot of mini Lego sets at this price have just one little vehicle and one minifigure with few or no accessories. There's a lot more included here than in the City mini sets....more

It's great to finally Lego dropping their prices! In recent years, the price of Lego has really soared. I don't object to paying a bit more for Lego because it is definetely superiour quality to similar toys but I do object to paying silly money. The new Pirate range from Lego is a bit cheaper than some of the other ranges. Well, I say that, but actually it's the same prices but now you get a little bit more for you money. This set cost £3.84 and it comes with a little working cannon and two cannon balls (little black Lego bricks).
