The first model we built out of this set was the car that's shown on the front of the pod. The grandson found the instructions relatively straightforward to follow except for the fiddly bit of fitting the front bonnet. The front bonnet actually opens up, which is neat, but of course it takes a couple of fiddly bits to go in there to make this happen.

This Lego Creator Pod has a retail price of £3.99 but is usually sold for a few pence less than that. On Amazon it costs £3.91 and in Tesco it costs about the same as that. This set is suitable for children aged 6 to 12 years though some slightly younger kids with good Lego skills would probably like this too. For those who don't know, Creator Pods are little Lego sets that can be used to build one of three models. So in this one there's a car, a tractor or a forklift truck to build. Obviously you can only build one model at a time, but it's great that for just under £4 you've got both the bricks and the instructions to "re-use" the toy. Kids ... Read the complete review
