      I go' a brand new tra'or an' I'll give yer' the key!

      As I mentioned in my previous lego review, I'm a long term lego addict (I think its safe to say). I'm 19 years of age, a university student, and I still buy and play with lego. I say play, these days, I simply buy the models and leave them built, sat on my shelves. I like them as ornaments and so do my visitors as I often find them bringing them down to turn back into their 6 year old selves to play with them. Its nice. I don't think theres anything wrong with having a little bit of childish fun. Wheres the harm?

      So, onto the product! This is a Lego model from the city collection. One the cheaper models priced from anywhere between £5 - £8. In the box are all the pieces for the tractor (plus, there are always a few stray spares) and stickers, the minifigure farmer and his shovel and of course, the booklet of instructions for the build! The build took longer than I was expecting, I found the instructions moderately easy to follow and the model was bigger than I was expecting from the size of the box and amount of pieces. it barely fits in the palm of my hand.

      What I do like about this model is the amount of detail lego have included including the steps up to the cab, the headlamps, the exhaust and the bucket on the rear. its these small touches that really make it that extra special.

      So to conclude, I enjoyed this piece a fair amount, Lego have really gone the extra mile to put the detail in and for lego, its fairly priced. You really can't go wrong. With the nature of it, I'm sure younger kids would adore it!

      A fair piece of lego

      ==Lego City 7634 Tractor==

      The Lego City Tractor is a nice and affordable construction toy which is recommended for children aged 5 years old to 12 years old. Jack received this from his uncle (my brother) at Christmas and although he is a little young for it at the moment has still been able to gets tons of use out of it and I feel it is a good toy.

      The Lego City Tractor's recommended retail price is £7.99 pence but I know that it was on offer in Argos for a penny under five pounds which is a nice little saving and makes the item a true bargain.

      The Tractor comes inside both an outer cardboard box and small plastic bags inside. The box also holds a rather good instruction booklet which is a total must for putting the item together and needs to be kept for future reference. This shows clear colourful pictures that literally take you through the making of the item step by step.

      Twenty minutes was about the time it took us to put together the 78 pieces of the toy even with Jack trying to help. We found the making of the tractor very easy and the result was a very good looking piece of Lego.

      The tractor comes with a little Lego Farmer who is dressed in his dungarees and wears a little cap. There is also a little black plastic spade that comes with the tractor because really what farmer would be without a spade?

      The tractors has a little trailer type pick up section at the back of the tractor which is good for holding the spade or for picking up other items and moving them around. The only downside with this section is that it is far too easy to pop off and does continually need to be re-fixed back on to the toy.

      Another downside of this piece of Lego is that there are no doors and though the roof of the tractor can be taken off to put the farmer in the driver seat, I feel some sort of door would have been better than pulling the tractor apart each time the farmer needs to use the tractor.

      On the whole though, this piece of Lego is well designed and does only have two drawbacks. The price is affordable and it is easy to put together, ready for instant play (perfect for inpatient children). It is of a good size and is nice to play with alongside allt he other Lego city items we have.

      A good fun toy that I feel deserves a 4 out of 5 star rating and a recommendation.

      Many thanks for taking the time to read.

      I do hope that this has been of some help/interest to you.
