Advantages: Lot's of stages, lots of kits all connects together, timeless

Disadvantages: It hurts when you stand on it!

Who doesn't know what Lego is? But do you know all the kinds you can get? Everyone you ask will have had lego of somesort.

Currently we have Duplo and whatever the first size lego is called. I have only ever seen one kit of the first size, and that was in Boots last week. We have a second had kit which is Bumble bees & lady birds, a few cubes & push along cars. It is very simple to put together, and babies love it.

We also have Duplo which is the next size up, my two are just getting into this, it's not as small as ordinary but fits with the first size and ordinary lego.

It has people, cars, flowers and we have a snail, windows & a rabbit (another second hand kit).

Then you have ordinary lego - this is the good stuff, you can get kits with any theme you like, I just bought basketball men & equipment lego. My mother would like someone to buy them the Medieval kit, I fancy the one with dragons.

There is also Technic lego, this is the hi-tech stuff, you can build these models which do things. Then you can start all over again and build something else similar - unless you have two kits. I find with this (I only ever used it in school) there was always a vital bit missing and one kit doesn't build a wide range.

I love the stuff, but it's a pain to pick up & hurts if you stand on it. My favourite thing to build was cameras.

Summary: I love lego

ah, even to this day (Aged 22) I can religiously play for hours with lego.... I have spent so many days of my life building unique things.... we had tons of the stuff as kids.

A lovely enjoyable review to read. Vicky. x

Good review! I used to like Lego, especially the ambulance lego set at infants school. I'm too old for it now though lol. Emma
