Advantages: Quick build and cheap, Can be used in linage with other sets

Disadvantages: You get what you paid for so none!

This is one of the four different and amazingly unusual lego racer sets that all come in boxes. But this set for me stands out as one of the best lego sets I have seen, An innovative and original idea thought by lego.

The Lego Racers Ice Rally 8124 is the product I will be reviewing,
After purchasing a lego Universe and being amazed at the longevity and replayability that Lego has I purchased 2 or 3 of the Lego Racers set, which has impressed me in heaps and dozens.

The simplicity is straightforward, you build two cars out of lego bricks(red one and yellow one) and build a track and race them, then you fold the track up and It all sort of merges into the box.
This product itself has;

2 Buildable racing cars
Track with barriers and ice patches
150 odd pieces

The building side of things is fairly short and can usually be done if fully concentrated in about 20 minutes, and then may seem to any outsider as fairly useless, WRONG. The Track can be used in conjuction with 3 other tracks to form a big racer sort of modification which I think is brilliant, to be able to link one set to another.

Not a bad product on the whole and would recommend as a present or for a child, I had a lot of fun with mine I am sure!
