I bought this Lego set several years ago when it first came out, I think it was around 2002, when it was released.
The set cost around ten pounds, and I actually bought three of these. The reason why I got so many, was because this is the only set that contains the 'Tusken Raider' mini figures. You get two of them with the set, and they are nicely detailed with their long rifles. they do not have any hats or hair, and the top of their heads is bare. Should they be made today, they would most likely have a head piece or more sculpted head, but back when they came out they were left with just a bare head.
The other figure is Anakin Skywalker, with a blue lightsaber. his face is a basic yellow Lego face, with no extra expression or detail apart from eyebrows. This set included a cloth cape for Anakin, which at the time was also a 'rare' item for the time.
The bricks you get with the set, make up the 'moisture vaporator' from the films. This is a nice tall structure made out of sand coloured bricks, which has a hinged base which can be swung open to reveal a computer panel beneath.
The rest of the bricks make up anakins speeder bike, made from a nice reddy - brown coloured brick. It has few articulated pieces that you can move around, and has handlebars that the mini figure can clip on to.
Overall, this is a nice little set from the early days of star wars Lego. It does not have a great deal of fancy features, but if you need a Lego set with Tusken raiders to recreate 'Tatooine' scenes, then this is the set you will need.
