I am totally sold on this stuff! I had always wanted to try i, but I never quite got around to it. There was always some brighter, shinier lipbalm demanding my attention!
I bought a gift set at christmas and thought it was probably my best way into the brand, and I was right. My set contained a few products, the Lip Balm among them. The flavour was Tangerine, and I have to say it is a very true flavour!
The whole range is organic and natural. Which, although not the deciding factor for me, definately swung the vote. You can usually pick the stick up for around £3, but I think to buy the tin, it's a little more like £4, but it does depend on where you buy it from!
I definately would recommend these to my friends, I am a lip balm fiend, and I have to say I haven't experienced quality like this before or since. I felt a difference in the condition of my lips, they felt much softer and smoother after about a week's use. This was during our terrible winter too, so it helped prevent chap!
The great thing about this balm, is that it can be used anywhere, not just on your lips. It's pretty useful on any dry patches you might have, and it's even quite soothing on little scratches.
Overall, it totally deserves the 5 stars I'm giving it, and even if it's a price you wouldn't normally pay, I would suggest that you do!
I bought this product from Boots as a real impulse buy - they have them by the counter for this reason. I used Vaseline tins in the past, but as my Son is a lip-licker, I often give them to him to help with his dry lips, and they are never seen again! So I thought I would treat myself to this and keep it just for me. I too suffer from dry lips, and am always buying products which I hope will be the answer to my problem, and I think I have found it.
It comes in a handy little tin, great for popping in your hand-bag, and it has an eye catching design - a yellow and white lid and red base, with a cute Badger on it. Its one of those fiddly tins where you have to get a good grip on the top to get it off, which is a little annoying, especially if you have long nails like me - im worried they might snap, or if you had none at all!
All Badger products are completely natural, so there are no nasty chemicals in there. Its moisturising ingredients are Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Beeswax, Aloe Vera extract and castor oil. It also has the essential oils of Lemon, Ginger, Rosehip, Orange, Lemon Grass and Cardomom.
It smells like the Lemon Barley sweets my granddad sucked when I was a child, and definitely doesn't have an artificial smell like some other lip-balms. It's a nice lemon colour in the tin, but sheer once its on. Once on I can feel it on my lips for a while, even if I have been eating or drinking, it seems to stay on for a fair amount of time - certainly longer than Chapstick for example, so I don't have to apply it so often. My lips to feel instantly better and after using it a few times they lose the cracked appearance. It says that its for skin as well, but to be honest I find it a bit sticky if I put it on my skin, so its not something I use it for, But as a lipbalm its grand! I would recommend it to anyone that suffers from dry or cracked lips.
At just over £4.50, its a lot more expensive than most other lipbalms, but its so worth it!

This is a gorgeous range of lip and body balms available in stick form or in cute little tins.
All ingredients are natural and organic and the main ingredient is extra virgin olive oil making them lovely and smooth to apply and very effective. They moisturise beautifully and taste and smell delicious.
The variety of flavours means there should be something to please everyone - the lavender and orange and the chai rose are particular favourites of mine but having tried a lot of them they all seem to be really nice.
They are very soothing on sensitive skin despite being flavoured - I found the chai rose one cleared up dry skin on my eyelids where everything else I had tried failed.
At £3.99 for a tin or £1.99 for a sitck these really are a bargain - you get a lot and the tins especially seem to last forever.
