Advantages: easy to apply

Disadvantages: dries quickly and didn't like the taste

The Protect and Perfect range from No7, spans a wide selection of facial skincare items and a body skin care product too. It includes this lip care item which is mean't to do wonders for your perfect pout.

It comes in a small 10ml tube which is priced at getting on for £9. I bought it as I had tried some of the other No7 products and wanted to see if it was as good.

It says on the product that it is able to " reduce the appearance of vertical lines on lips and around them" but I must say that even after several weeks usage I didn't really notice much difference.

I did think that it felt quite soft and easy to apply at first, but seemed to dry out rather too quickly and then needed re applying all too often.

It was a white ish cream that was easy to use, but had an odd taste which I didn't really like, but then that may be just me thinking that. Some people say its vanilla like in taste.

I would say that its best to go try out sample of the lip care product first and see what you think before partinq with your cash.

I wouldn't say its not worth a try, but I do feel that there are other lip care items on the market that are nicer to use and that if lines and wrinkles are what concerns you then maybe a collagen filler based line and wrinkle product would be more suited as this seemed more like a nice moisturiser to me.

Summary: Didn't see the promised results
