      Lip butter

Delon olive oil lip butter I usually like olive oil products and am convinced that they are going to do me some good. This little pot was bought for £2.49, so it wasn't going to break the bank. The lip butter comes in a small green pot with a screw on/off lid and with a picture of an olive on the lid. Nothing else- no instructions but I suppose I should know how to use lip butter! There is a list of ingredients on the bottom of the tub. When I unscrew the lid the butter itself is a creamy colour and when I dip in my finger it's nice and soft and although slightly creamy not overly so. I apply it to my lips and they do feel instantly moisturised without feeling greasy, or having a sticky residue. It is also quite shiny so although there is no colour there is a definite shine to my lips. One of the things I like about it is the fact that it really is clear and even when drinking doesn't leave marks on cups or glasses. It has more of a fruity taste and smell than an olive oil taste and I would say that it actually tastes more like melon although I am quite bad at describing tastes and smells. The lip butter doesn't seem to last for a very long time and feels as though it is absorbed into my lips which is a good thing especially in this cold weather. It also needs reapplying after a cup of coffee, but all in all it seems to be doing a good job of keeping my lips moisturised. The lip butter is also available in coconut mango and white chocolate and I assume that these have tastes to match their product. **VERDICT...** For the price this is a great product. To fully moisturise lips, very little of the product is needed and because of this a little pot lasts for ages. It smells and tastes good, keeps lips moisturised and keeps those horrible chapped lips at bay! I would recommend this for anyone who wants a reasonably priced lip butter Thanks for reading Daniela xx
