I was so disappointed when they discontinued it! It was also long lasting. I remember my tin lasting me for months. It wasn't bad value for money to say it was natural and paraben free (and cruelty free too!) and the tin could also be recycled. A lovely lip balm. Bring this one back Lush!...more

Lip Squeak is one of five lip balms from Lush. It is the second on I have tried (the first being Eggnog, a christmas special). At the time of purchase I had really sore dry lips. I choose Lip Squeak because it's aim was to make sore, hard lips soft and moist. Plus it smelt like apple pie so that also persuaded me to buy it! I am in love with apple pie! Lip Squeak is sold in a little silver recycled metal tub like all other balms and cream samples from Lush. I find the tubs quite difficult to open at times but I have a handy technique. Pop the tin between both palms and twist your hands in opposite directions to one and other. Once opened I find the balm quite ...  Read the complete review

This is the first of Lush's lip balms that I have tried. I bought it online when I ordered some products I use regularly, even though I already had enough lip balms to last me the next two years. I wanted to get the order up to enough to receive the free gift and I was seduced into getting this by the mention of apple pie flavour. I love apple pie. I love the smell of apple pie. I am pleased to say that this smells exactly like apple pie. I wouldn't say it actually tastes of apple pie, I think it tastes of nothing but I try not to lick my lips anyway, it would be pointless to put it on and lick it off. The tin is a bit on the small side for the ...  Read the complete review

Lip Squeak is the balm I use to give my lips a little bit of a scrub. I find it really useful if you're feeling a bit rough or queasy - the smell and taste on your lips sort of snaps you back to reality and makes you feel a bit less rubbish. I wouldn't say it tastes of apple pie - I can taste the lemon balm,I think. It's a taste that really makes you wrinkle your nose at first but can easily and quickly become addictive and comforting. The smell is quite sharp but,as with the taste,it grows on you quickly. It comes in a little tin like all Lush balms and,as usual, you have to be careful not to let the lid get stuck or ...  Read the complete review

Wow! I bought this lip balm a lifetime ago! I remember this lip balm as "the one that smelt of apple pie and all things sweet", it was available to buy years ago in Lush stores and via the Lush website. I paid £3.95 for my tin. The tin was sometimes difficult to get in to though! The lip balm was presented in a small round 10g metal tin and I remember the logo to be red. I also remember what the balm looked like. It was a cream colour with black flecks in it (I think they were seeds of some sort). It smelt lovely, really sweet and delectable, almost good enough to eat! The balm was quite creamy. It had a nice consistency that was easy to ...  Read the complete review
