Advantages: Lovely fragrance and nice flavour

Disadvantages: Far too greasy for me

I am a huge Soap & Glory fan, in fact I think I was the first ever person on here to review a product of theirs1 I stumbled across the range way back one day in Boots and loved the cute and quirky packaging and was going to treat myself to something in Lush but at the time Soap & Glory products in Boots were on offer so I decided to try something and since then I am pretty brand loyal to them as a rule (providing I have the spare cash lol).

However I am not a fan of lip balm and glosses and the likes usually so when someone bought me this way back although I was interested in trying it and glad to be treated to something new from the range I wasn't all that chuffed about what it was so to speak though lol!

The Packaging:

Well if your familiar with Soap & Glory products already this fits in with the other range of products nicely. It is a pink tin which you simply screw the top of to get to the product then on the top of it there is a black and white photograph of a smiling lady on there and we are told of course that it is Soap & Glory, A Great Kisser Lip Moisture Balm and that it is 18g in size then on the base of the tin we are told that it is cherry and chocolate flavour and contact details for the manufacturer and so on are given. Nice handy little product this is and you get alot of product within it too.

The Lip Balm Itself:

All you do to use it of course is pop your finger over it and the greasy feeling bright pink balm comes off on your finger. You can of course use a brush or something but I don't bother with that! Its easy to apply and once on I find this to linger on my lips a good hour or so and it is mainly flavoured with sweet, natural cherries this one with a hint of chocolate and its naturally sweet.

This makes my lips slightly shiny like I have something on them and that looks nice enough. however although my lips feel moisturised with this on its a bit too greasy in feeling for me though I know its moisturising them but for me its a no no as I don't like the feeling on lmy ips and they slide about too much for my liking.

This comes in 3 different flavours and I'd like to say that I am curious to try the others but I won't lie I won't be. The benefits of this though to be fair I think are there. Its nicely flavoured, for a fiver you get plenty of product, lips look slightly glossy and yes if you like it although it costs a fiver you get a lot of product that you don't need to use very much of per application and yes you can also feel it is a moisturising product that will soothe and protect you lips skin however like I say I can't stand the feeling of this on my lips and I tend to apply it and then wipe it off getting fed up!

If you want a moisturising lip balm then you can't go wrong with this in my opinion it just happens to not be right for me sadly!

Available in Boots or google it for a list of other stockists.

Summary: A moisturising lip balm that does do just that
