Baileys is an irish cream, which has a unique taste to many other alcohols. You can buy a 1 litre bottle for under £18 at most good supermarkets. It is not my favourite beverage but does make a nice change from other alcoholic drinks.

It comes in a black bottle, which stands out on the shelf with the large logo on the front. The appearance of the drink itself is a creamy brown colour. Some say it tastes like chocolate ice cream, but I think it tastes horrible. Every time I bring it to my mouth to take a sip, I pretty much gag. The smell is off-putting as it is quite strong.

The taste is very unique and I can see how many people would like it due to this, however it doesn't appeal to my taste buds. It has a strong taste but is also creamy. The aftertaste is vile in my opinion and is the worst thing about the drink. Some people like to put this beverage over ice cream, which ruins the ice cream but tastes relatively nice.

There are many things you can mix this with to make it taste a bit better, however there is always the faint taste of baileys in the background, which I really don't like. Pineapple juice and Mango juice are a few of my favourites to mix this drink with.
