Tesco Personal Finance:
... applied online - the form is detailed and fairly time-consuming, but fair enough, credit is hard to come by these days. The "initial approval" came a full week later; it was a request for a month s bank statements and a contract to sign. My account number had been entered incorrectly on this; I amended the form and returned it.. Then the waiting started. After a week, Tesco were claiming they had not rece... Here are my pros and cons to a loan with Egg. ~Background to Egg~ Egg is an online UK bank based mainly in Derby that began in 1998. As an online bank there are no branches you can walk into, although you can phone a human if you need to. Egg claims to be the world s biggest online bank and sells many different financial products including current and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, mortgages, ISAs and insurance. ~... Student Loans Co. ... phone bil, where does our tax money go I wonder? Not on customer service helplines obviously) may as well be asleep! What an anti-climax after all that waiting! The first two advisor I spoke to just seemed to want to get rid of me. He told me I should download a pff1 form from the website and fill that in and send it to the Student Loans Company in Darlington. This turned out to be a completely useless form that I may as well use as toilet paper to wipe my arse with. The second advisor was a bit more talkative and friendly, though this guy, like the first, had a thick Scottish accent. I m not quite sure why Student Finance England chose to situate there helpline in... Read the full review: Are we spoilt as students in this country? by Pablo_Sevilla |
