... agree with what every one is saying about YES CAR CREDIT.my boyfriend had changed jobs and missed 1 payment and offered to pay them £20 extra per month until the missed payment was cleared,but they refused saying they wanted £50,but its like my boyfriend said to them you cant have what i havnt got to deaf ears,they have also charged him £152 late pa\yment fees for letters bein written whilst trying to sort somethin... Yes Car Credit ... got my car in August 2004, and was happy.but the car it self wasn t what I was used to, I had a nice car before, electric everything but I needed a car so went with the only automatic they had, better that nothing!. the repayments I could afford at the time and they were always helpful when I rang up. But in October 2005 I went on to JSA, after my maternity leave ran out and found myself in a diffibult place. They rang me AND the 2 people I named they could call if they couldn t get hold of me, BUT wait a moment I couldn t remember saying they could ever call them!!!. Yes Car Credit ... IS SHORT AND SWEET AS I HAVE NO TIME TO TALK ABOUT THIS COMPANY AS MY CASE HAS GONE ON 2 YEARS AND STILL NOW. YES CAR CREDIT ARE CHEATS AND THE STAFF ARE TRAINED TO ROB THE HARD WORKING PEOPLE OF THERE MONEY, I AHVE LOST LOADS. A CAR I BROUGHT FROM DAY ONE THEY STILL HAVE NOT SORTED AFTER LETTERS AND CALLS, SALES PEOPLE THERE GET HIGH COMMITION FROM THE INSURANCES I HAVE FOUND A PERSON TO TELL ME ALL THIS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFTY OF THE CARS OR THE PEOPLE THEY HURT, I AM POSTING MY STORY ON ALL MAJOR WEB PAGES SO I WILL ADD TO THIS IN 2 WEEKS WHEN THIS IS DONE BY PROFFESINALS. Northern Rock ... made an internet application for a loan with this company, the web site stated that I would receive documentation within 48 hours, as I made the application fairly late on a Wednesday, I was noy unduly concerned when no documentation had arrived by Saturday. When Monday arrived with still no documentation, I contacted them to say I had received no documents, their call centre employee told me "there no problem, your loan has been approved you should have the forms in the next day or so". The following Wednesday (1 week later) I received a call from them to ask why I had not returned the signed form, I told the lady that I had received no documents, she said th...
