I am finding it very difficult to obtain a settlment figure from the company. This is making the job of re-mortgaging an extremely frustrating affair. The system really should be speeded up to save the stress involved with this. Also there is no way of contacting the company by telephone. The whole situation is becoming intollerable. The bank that is dealing with the re-mortgage application is also experiencing difficulties in obtaining a settlement figure. I could not recommend this service to anybody.
