Freedom Finance

Upon taking a loan out with Freedom Finance we later had a complaint and called their office for it to be taken on board. I was then told much to my dismay that Freedom Finance only process loans on behalf of a company called Bespoke Finance and even worse Bespoke Finance are based in Gibraltar. I was then given the address and phone number for my complaint. I was not aware of this although it written in very small print at the bottom of the Legal page that Freedom process on behalf of Bespoke Finance. I just thought people should be aware of this. With all the adverts for loans on television and the internet, you would think that actually getting one would be easy!! This, however, was not my recent experience. The problem that my husband and I had was that I am currently on maternity leave.
