Disadvantages: THEY ONLY PROCESS ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY IN GIBRALTAR

Upon taking a loan out with Freedom Finance we later had a complaint and called their office for it to be taken on board. I was then told much to my dismay that Freedom Finance only process loans on behalf of a company called Bespoke Finance and even worse Bespoke Finance are based in Gibraltar. I was then given the address and phone number for my complaint. I was not aware of this although it written in very small print at the bottom of the Legal page that Freedom process on behalf of Bespoke Finance. I just thought people should be aware of this.

If you want a loan then go ahead but if you then have a complaint then join the queue to people having to take their complaints to Gibrlatar. After all it was not Freedom Finance that sold the loan, it was a foriegn company that most of would not be aware of until such time. I just thought i was sold a loan by a uk company based in cheshire but how wrong i was.
